Job Wrangler Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Job Wrangler, including the website, account tools, dashboard, job discovery features, resume and cover letter generation tools, subscription services, and related functionality. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, upgrading, or using Job Wrangler, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Job Wrangler Provides
Job Wrangler is a software service designed to help users organize a job search, discover job opportunities, review job matches, and generate draft application materials such as resumes and cover letters. Job Wrangler is not a recruiter, staffing agency, employer, career counselor, legal advisor, financial advisor, or placement service.
2. No Employment Guarantee
Job Wrangler does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, promotion, placement, employer responses, or hiring outcomes. Job listings may come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, duplicated, expired, incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that avoids subscription limits, allows unauthorized use, or harms the service.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for the resumes, profile information, job search preferences, work history, credentials, uploaded files, and other information you submit. You represent that you have the right to upload and use that information.
5. AI-Generated Materials
Job Wrangler may use artificial intelligence and automation to generate draft resumes, cover letters, fit summaries, and related materials. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, inaccurate wording, or unsuitable statements. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all generated materials before using them.
You agree not to use Job Wrangler to misrepresent your experience, education, credentials, employment history, qualifications, clearance status, certifications, identity, eligibility, or any other material fact.
6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Job Wrangler is offered through paid subscription plans. Plans may include a free trial, recurring billing, usage limits, and plan-specific features. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize Job Wrangler and Stripe to process your subscription, renewal, upgrade, cancellation, invoice, and payment activity.
If your plan includes a free trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Pricing, trial length, billing interval, and plan features are shown during checkout or on the pricing page.
7. Trial Usage Limits
Trial accounts may include limits on automatic job processing, generated resumes, generated cover letters, document downloads, or other features. If you reach a trial limit, you may need to upgrade or wait until paid access begins to continue using certain features.
8. Early Upgrade
Job Wrangler may allow you to upgrade before your trial ends. If you confirm an early upgrade, your trial may end immediately, your paid subscription may begin immediately, and your payment method on file may be charged by Stripe. You should only confirm an early upgrade if you want paid access to begin immediately.
9. Cancellation and Billing Management
You may manage billing and cancellation through the Subscription page or Stripe customer portal when available. Cancellation generally affects future billing and does not automatically provide a refund for prior charges unless required by law or expressly approved by Job Wrangler. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period depending on your subscription status and billing settings.
10. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Job Wrangler chooses, in its sole discretion, to provide a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support promptly.
11. Third-Party Services
Job Wrangler uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, storage, analytics, document conversion, artificial intelligence processing, and job data. These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Job Wrangler is not responsible for third-party websites, employer portals, job boards, external application systems, or payment processor services outside our control.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use Job Wrangler for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload malicious code, abuse trial features, overload systems, or use Job Wrangler to violate the rights of others.
13. Service Availability and Changes
Job Wrangler may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, pricing, trial rules, integrations, or availability at any time. We may perform maintenance, update systems, change vendors, or adjust usage limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
Job Wrangler may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay amounts owed, misused the service, created risk for Job Wrangler or other users, or used the service unlawfully.
15. Intellectual Property
Job Wrangler, including its software, design, branding, workflows, text, graphics, page layouts, and technology, is owned by Job Wrangler or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by these Terms.
16. Your Generated Materials
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, you may use resumes, cover letters, and other application materials generated through your account for your personal job search. You remain responsible for ensuring that all materials are truthful, accurate, appropriate, and compliant with applicable laws and application requirements.
17. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Job Wrangler collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using Job Wrangler, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
18. Disclaimers
Job Wrangler is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Wrangler disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, reliability, and non-infringement.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Wrangler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, employment outcomes, application results, job search results, or business losses. Job Wrangler’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Job Wrangler in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Job Wrangler harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your use of generated materials, or your misuse of third-party job application systems.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Job Wrangler after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
